All Paddlers for the enthusiastic support for our 6th year of the Divisional
Race System . We ran a median window system this year, I believe it worked well with paddlers moved to their correct division quickly, ensuring close racing. It was interesting to see a couple of divisions had large numbers, while the in between divisions had one or two Paddlers. There was not a lot of movement between divisions.
Mother nature played a big part this season, One night cancelled after one lap due to lighting strikes, two weeks cancelled due to flooding and another two weeks having Div 6 and Juniors dropped due to high water and turbulence.
The Race Committee hopes you enjoyed the format and if you have any
suggestions they should be passed along while they are still fresh so we can add them to our wind up of this seasons rules
