The club runs training & coaching sessions on most Sunday mornings, depending on demand, starting continuous from 7am. New members are most welcome.
On the right hand side menu, you will find a series of articles written by Lyle Mead which will be updated when needed. If you want to improve your paddling it is well worth the time it takes to read.
They vary in content between ways to improve your technique, tips on training, race tactics, mental preparation, planning and nutrition.
All articles will be maintained for members to update their knowledge at any time and please feel free to speak to either of the club’s accredited coaches Lyle Mead or Mark Coulter on any of these topics.
